My work helps leaders quiet imposter-driven, build confidence, and develop the kind of presence that earns trust and influence (without feeling performative). Together, we build practical leadership systems so you can delegate effectively, communicate clearly, and create the expectations and accountability that help teams thrive. This often frees leaders like you to focus on higher-impact work, growing your practice, shaping strategy, and building a practice that feels sustainable.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked with high-performing professionals across law, accounting, and enterprise environments, supporting them through moments of self-doubt, transition, and growth. Clients have included a producer whose project was greenlit by Netflix, and a lawyer who became the youngest — and first Black — partner at his firm, later promoted again just 18 months later.
I also work with leadership teams as a facilitator and retreat leader, helping them strengthen trust, navigate complexity, and design conversations that lead to real progress (and occasionally, meetings people actually want to attend).
Alongside my coaching and consulting work, I’m also a parent of three little humans. Building a business while raising a family has meant navigating competing priorities, imperfect balance, and constant recalibration. That lived experience shapes how I coach — grounded, practical, and focused on helping leaders lead well in the midst of real life.
